Our rules

  1. Good fits Food and pantry brands, Asian grocers, kitchenware (clay pots, double boilers, thermal cookers) and cookbooks.
  2. No health claims This is home cooking, not medical advice. No supplements, remedies or ads that say a food treats, cures or boosts anything.
  3. Always labeled Every paid spot says Sponsored, and its links use rel="sponsored".
  4. The kitchen stays independent Sponsors never change a soup’s recipe, its nature, its cautions or which soups we list.

Traditional home cooking, not medical advice. Check with your doctor, especially if you’re pregnant, nursing, or on medication.
